Why I wrote this

It started with my father.

After my dad's stroke in 2019, our family lived through late deliveries and missed details during his rehab. One complaint led to a call from the company's CEO, and that call changed my direction.

In 2021 I opened my own DME company in Houston. I got credentialed with four payers, served patients and families, and sold the business a little over a year later. This book is everything I learned, including what I'd do differently.

Questions

Before you buy

Do I need healthcare experience?

No. The book explains every step in plain language. Some states require your general manager to have business or healthcare experience, and the book shows you how to meet that.

Is this only for Florida or Texas?

No. Medicare rules apply nationwide. Florida is used as the licensing example, and the book gives you the questions to ask your own state.

How fast can I open?

Plan for 6 to 12 months to your first Medicare payment. If you start with cash-pay products, you can open sooner.

What if I can't make the live webinar?

Replay details will be shared with registered attendees.

Can I get a refund?

The ebook and templates are digital downloads, so those sales are final once the files are available, but we'll fix any duplicate charge or download problem. For the webinar, email us at least 48 hours before it starts to move your seat or get a refund of the webinar portion. Read the full refund policy.

How do I contact you?

Email lcsgroupllc90@gmail.com and we'll get back to you within two business days.

You've thought about opening a DME business long enough.
