Refund Policy

Because the ebook and templates are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the files are available to download.

We will gladly help if:

Email lcsgroupllc90@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your name and receipt, and we will fix the problem or issue a refund.

If you cannot attend, email us at least 48 hours before the webinar starts. We'll move your seat to a future session or refund the webinar portion of your purchase ($400).
Requests made less than 48 hours before the start time, or after the webinar, are not refundable. If you miss the live session, contact us about the next available session.
If we cancel or reschedule the webinar, you may choose the new date or a refund of the webinar portion.

Once you download the ebook or templates, those parts of the bundle are final. The webinar portion follows the webinar policy above.

Consulting with Alexis Johnson is quoted individually. Cancellation and refund terms are included with your quote.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Personal license. Each purchase is a license for one person or one business to use the materials. You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the ebook, templates, or webinar recording.
Templates. You may edit and use the templates in your own business. You may not resell them or include them in your own products or courses.
Educational only. All materials are for education and are not legal, tax, financial, billing, or medical advice. Rules change and differ by state. Confirm requirements with the issuing agencies and licensed professionals.
No guarantee of results. Results depend on your effort, location, finances, and compliance. Starting a business involves risk, including loss of money invested.
Not affiliated. We are not affiliated with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, or any payer, accreditor, or supplier named in our materials.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from the use of these materials.

What we collect. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to process your order. We receive your name, email, and purchase details. If you submit our consulting request form, we receive the answers you provide.
Payment security. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it. To deliver your purchase, send webinar details, answer questions, prepare consulting quotes, and send occasional updates about our products. You can ask us to stop emails anytime.
Sharing. We do not sell your information. If you request consulting, we share your request with Alexis Johnson so she can prepare your quote.
Your choices. Email lcsgroupllc90@gmail.com to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you.
